Meeting Protocols

Although the Government have lifted all restrictions, the Parish Council feel that it is still necessary to be cautious at meetings. Therefore, if you wish to attend a meeting, you will be seated in a socially distanced manner, and asked to wear a face mask if you are not speaking (unless you are medically exempt). Windows and doors will be opened to allow ventilation.

As a precaution paper copies will not be provided, but are available online. If you require a paper copy you must ask the clerk 24 hours prior to the meeting. We hope that you understand the reasons for these precautions and look forward to seeing you at our meetings.

Agendas will be posted on notice boards and this website
