Castle Close is owned and managed by Sharnbrook Parish Council.
It is a Scheduled Ancient Monument and Wildlife Site.
We are very lucky to have a dedicated team of volunteers who maintain the area, and they are always happy to have help, so if you would like to get involved in either the maintenance, the archaeology or just cataloguing the flora and fauna of the area, please contact the clerk for the latest updates on when the team are meeting. The work parties are usually Tuesday and Saturday mornings, every few weeks.
