This week’s snapshot shows 44 cases of COVID-19 found in the 7 days up to 25 April. This is an increase of 12 on the week before. Our rate per 100,000 of the population has also increased, to 25.4. You can see the full detail of the snapshot on our website.
You can collect rapid home testing kits from Bedford Central, Kempston, Putnoe, Bromham and Wootton libraries. Please check the library opening hours on the Virtual Library website.
Kits are also available from participating pharmacies, local testing centres and for order online.
These tests can help to identify COVID-19 in people who don’t have symptoms and slow the spread of the virus, but a negative result doesn’t necessarily mean you’re clear of the virus.
