This course aims to support Sports / Physical activity tutors, Clubs, coaches, volunteers and leisure staff to have the confidence to recognise the signs of mental health problems and to have the confidence to talk to people about this and signpost them to the correct services.

Stand Up Paddle Board SUP Taster Sessions and Courses

Canoe Trail have added new dates for the ever popular stand up paddle board SUP taster sessions for April and May. You can either spend a couple of hours finding your feet learning new skills on the taster sessions (weekend) or join the 4 week courses which are held on a Monday evening in May. Adventure School Easter Holiday Club

The award winning Adventure School activity programme is back this Easter Holidays providing outdoor activities galore led by Canoe Trails professional instructor team. Activities include archery, high ropes, climbing, kayak and canoe, SUP, bushcraft and more.  We have extended the day to run from 08.45am to 4pm and reduced the ticket price to £35 per day.
