Know how to get in touch? We’re here to listen.

As a member of the local community, we appreciate that your needs will evolve while keeping up with your day to day.

Maybe you have a question you’d like answered but are unable to attend the weekly community surgeries hosted by the community officers in your area, because of your busy schedule?

If you want to make a complaint we have a dedicated online form that will go directly to our Customer Support Team Complaints | Bedfordshire Police (beds.police.uk) .

You can also gain a better understanding of how your reviews are handled by reading our advice and information page.

Our community policing teams are on Facebook sharing updates on their activity and answer questions and concerns from our residents.

Perhaps you’re seeking an update on the status of an incident you’ve previously reported to us?

Our online tool and webchat functions are both available for you to contact us. Simply click on the green circle in the bottom right of our website.

You can request a call back from us by calling 101 and we’ll do our best to be back in touch.

There are many ways to get in touch with us, and that’s because we want you to know that when you talk, we’re on hand to listen.

We value your feedback, and it is important to us that you can share your thoughts or concerns in a way that is accessible for, and to you.
