Have you been on the mobile library?

This special library travels around Bedford Borough offering a range of fiction and non-fiction for children and adults. It’s free to join the mobile library, but you need a separate membership card to borrow items, even if you already have a library card.

You can use the QR code on our posters to see the latest timetable, or check stop times on the Virtual Library.

Bedford Borough Library members get free access to thousands of digital titles through Libby and BorrowBox. Search by author and title, or browse genres and audience age. Titles return automatically and there are no fines. You can also reserve items that are out on loan and magazines are available as well.

Crafternoon is a free weekly session for adults to get creative on Wednesdays from 2pm to 3.30pm. Craft activities are available, or feel free to bring in your own projects to enjoy in the company of others.

A representative from Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity offers free IT support on a regular basis, from help with Microsoft Teams, to booking online appointments. Look out for posters in the library or call 01234 718178 for more information.
