corporate plan engagementThe draft Corporate Plan for 2024-2027 serves as the blueprint to guide all our actions. It involves redefining our vision, reassessing our priorities, and collaborating with staff, residents, partners, communities, and businesses to lead Bedford Borough confidently into the future.

The consultation will run from 18 March. All comments must reach us by 5pm on 28 June.

Rights of Way improvement plan

TreeWe have produced a draft Rights of Way Improvement Plan 2024–2029 for public consultation and would like your feedback.

We are particularly keen to hear from people who wish to access the network and people who already use our rights of way network.

The draft plan sets out our vision to:

  • ensure the PRoW network is a valued as an asset
  • improve service provision and work with network users
  • maintain a safe and easily accessible network
  • get people involved
  • inform and promote the network

The consultation runs from 18 March until 17 June.

Bedford Borough Citizens’ Panel

As a panel member, you will be asked to take part in at least two surveys a year. Your responses can make a big difference to key decisions taken by the Council.

The Citizens Panel was established in 1999 and is used to gather public ideas and opinions on a range of topics that relate to Bedford Borough Council and the services we provide.

We understand that not everyone is confident with all things digit. If you would like some support and guidance to help you carry out tasks online, there is help available.
