Works carried out this week;
- Installing new kerbs to the vehicle crossovers along Mill Road
- Forming the new footpath
- Installation of correct heads on lamp columns
- Started installation of landscaping to the first pond (trees, planting and seedEnd)
Planned works this weekend;
- Full road closure on Saturday and Sunday
- Install base and binder to the road
- Base the footpath
- Install and connect the signs to the new roundabout
Next week;
- Continuation with Mill Road kerbs and footpath
- Continuation of landscaping works to the ponds
In addition to the above, it would be worth noting that we have agreed to replace the tarmac crossovers between the new back edging and start of the driveways to Mill Road residents who have been affected by the work in the area. This will be at the cost to Bellway and ECL as a gesture of goodwill.
