Early bin collections – Bank Holiday Monday
| Because of the forecast high temperatures, our bin collection crews will be starting earlier than usual on Bank Holiday Monday morning to avoid the worst of the heat.
Please put your bins out in their usual place the night before. Collections may start before 6am, so if your bin is not out overnight, it may be missed. Make sure lids are closed, and bins are clearly visible and accessible (not behind parked cars or locked gates). A small change for one morning makes a big difference for crews working in their personal protective equipment and clothing in hot weather. |
