Onsite works are still progressing well. The substation is now live and electric connections have taken place on the first properties. The remaining substations have been built and the construction of the roads further a field are being tarmacked to base course.
The heritage works to the old farm buildings is due to mobilise in the next 4 weeks with works starting as early as September.
We have received recent comms from Mill Road residents regarding the seeding works not germinating to the verges. Initially, we were going to wait until the next planting season, but have decided instead to get these completed in the next couple of weeks and review again.
The Bellway show homes are due to launch next weekend.
