Meeting Protocols
Although the Government have lifted all restrictions, the Parish Council feel that it is still necessary to be cautious at meetings.
Therefore, if you wish to attend a meeting, you will be seated in a socially distanced manner, and asked to wear a face mask if you are not speaking (unless you are medically exempt).
Windows and doors will be opened to allow ventilation.
Papers will not be provided but are available online, if you wish to receive a paper copy you must ask the clerk 24 hours prior to the meeting.
