Community Wellbeing Champion

£25,991 pro rata

30 hours per week

BedsRCC is commissioned to provide Social Prescribing across the county. Community Referral (social prescribing) is embedded in Primary Care Networks and community partners. We currently have a Community Wellbeing Champion vacancy in Bedford Borough.

Digital Champion: Community & Wellbeing

£24,491

35 hours per week (Full-time)

Are you a great people person with excellent IT skills?  Would you like to be part of a new adventure? We are currently looking to recruit a Digital Champion to run our brand new You Can Do IT! Programme which is a new initiative to support Bedfordshire residents to connect digitally to improve their health and wellbeing.
To be successful you will need to be a motivated friendly person with great IT skills and have the ability to communicate at all levels and ages. Admin Support Officer: Community & Wellbeing

£18,933 pro rata

15 – 20 hours per week

Are you organised and efficient while being a good communicator?  Do you like to be integral to the success of a team?
We are currently looking to recruit a Admin Support officer to work within our Community and Wellbeing Team.  This new role will support the work of our expanding team of Community Wellbeing Champions, who deliver a Social Prescribing service to residents across Bedfordshire.
To be successful you will need to be a motivated friendly person with good IT skills and enjoy communicating with colleagues and service users ‘phone and email.
The position is for a 15–20 hour per week post and will require the post holder to work at BRCC’s office in Cardington a minimum of 3 mornings per week.
