The consultation will run from 18 March. All comments must reach us by 5pm on 28 June.

We are particularly keen to hear from people who wish to access the network and people who already use our rights of way network.

The draft plan sets out our vision to:

• ensure the PRoW network is a valued as an asset
• improve service provision and work with network users
• maintain a safe and easily accessible network
• get people involved
• inform and promote the network

The consultation runs from 18 March until 17 June.

Healthwatch have also just launched Virtual Voices which is a new forum where you can have your say and win prizes. Led by Healthwatch Bedford borough, Virtual Voices provides residents with a unique opportunity to offer their opinions and provide constructive feedback on health and care services in our town.

As a panel member, you will be asked to take part in at least two surveys a year. Your responses can make a big difference to key decisions taken by the Council.

The Citizens Panel was established in 1999 and is used to gather public ideas and opinions on a range of topics that relate to Bedford Borough Council and the services we provide.
