Improve your balance, strength and posture.

Tai Chi is an ancient slow paced Chinese martial art, now practised mainly for the health and wellbeing benefits it offers. Those being improvements in balance, posture, co-ordination, range of movement, energy levels and reduction of stress levels.

Fridays, 10.00am to 10.45am. Starting on 6th January 2023 at Project 229, Kempston

Just £4.50 per session
All are welcome. No booking in advance required. Just turn up and pay on the day. First come first served basis. Cash only.

Live Longer Better – Bedford – New programmes start in January 2023

LLB Bedford

Live Longer Better – Bedford is a programme of exercise and physical activity sessions aimed at 60 year olds and over.

Please come along and join us at any of our sessions, no need to book – just turn up and pay cash on the day (except where stated on the flyer that it is card payment)

We have added some new sessions at the Harpur suite for Jan23, including the ever popular Mikes Line-dancing plus Gentle Chair Yoga

Adventure School Holiday Club with Canoe Trail

19th to 23rd December and 27th to 29th December

Spaces still available £35 per day.

Each day runs from 08.45am to 4pm with a range of outdoor activities on offer. Activities include bush-craft, indoor climbing, high ropes, team challenges, archery, airguns, axe throwing, canoeing and kayaking and a host of others.

During large sporting events, evidence shows that sadly there is an increase in domestic abuse.

With the football World Cup entering the latter stages, agencies working against domestic abuse across the county are joining Bedfordshire Police and others are taking a stand against domestic abuse.
