The developers have confirmed that they served Commencement Notices on the Council this afternoon for the 1st phases of development works. It is their intention that works will formally start on Tuesday 28th October 2025.
An update will be added to the website (https://consultwithyou.co.uk/sharnbrook/hillfarm) and communication will be shared with immediate local residents. The first couple of weeks will principally involve site set-up and groundworker mobilisation. The developers are mindful that there will be a lot of activity as progress gets underway but are all committed to ensuring the impacts are managed.
