Active Adults are eight-week sports courses aimed at over 35 year olds. They are ideal if you want to try a particular activity or have a go at something new. Live Longer Better – Bedford is a programme of exercise and physical activity sessions aimed at 60 year olds and over.

Please come along and join us at our friendly sessions, no need to book – just turn up and pay cash on the day (except where stated on the flyer that it is card payment)

We have added a new session this Spring, Nordic Walking in Bedford park, plus the ever popular indoor bowling is back at Bedford Bowling Club.
