Live Longer Better – Bedford – New sessions starting week commencing 10th July

Live Longer Better – Bedford is a programme of exercise and physical activity sessions aimed at 60 year olds and over.

Please come along and join us at our friendly sessions, no need to book – just turn up and pay cash on the day (except where stated on the flyer that it is card payment).

Back to Hockey with Bedford Hockey Club

Sessions taking place every Thursday evening throughout July (7-8.00 pm), at the Bedford Sports and Hockey Centre, Chester Road, Bedford, MK40 4HL. Only £5 per session. Come and join in for a social, active, fun and inclusive session.

Canoe Trail – Adventure School Activity Club

Canoe Trail will once again be running the Adventure School Activity Club throughout the Summer Holidays. It costs £35 per day or the discounted rate of £139 (5 days).  The club operates from 08.45 to 16:00 daily, offering a range of outdoor activities including canoeing, kayaking, SUP, bush-craft, team challenges, indoor climbing, archery, airguns, axe throwing & high ropes.
