Live Longer Better – Bedford

New programme starts from Monday 4th September

Live Longer Better – Bedford is a programme of exercise and physical activity sessions aimed at 60 year olds and over.

Please come along and join us at our friendly sessions, no need to book – just turn up and pay cash on the day (except where stated on the flyer that it is card payment).

Canoe Trail – Summer Activities

Come and Try Strand Up Paddleboarding

Join us on Saturday 29^th August or 10^th September 2023 for a stand up paddleboarding taster session at Kempston Outdoor Centre with Canoe Trail’s professional instructors. Enjoy 90 minutes of expert coaching to help you enjoy the world’s fastest growing water sport.

Sunset Paddle 6^th September at 6pm

Come and join a social sunset paddle on the River with a choice of canoe, kayak or stand up paddle board. The evening paddle starts at 6pm on 6^th September 2023 for a 90 minute chillax.

Family Time Activities

Enjoy spending family time on the water taking part in canoeing, kayaking or stand up paddleboarding with a variety of  trips available. From an hours hire session to a full day trip; or even stay a little longer and enjoy a paddle and overnight camping trip, staying overnight at our private riverside woodland.

Adventure School Activity Club

Canoe Trail will once again be running the Adventure School Activity Club throughout the Summer Holidays. It costs £35 per day or the discounted rate of £139 for five days. The club operates from 8.45am to 4pm daily, offering a range of outdoor activities including canoeing, kayaking, Stand Up Paddleboarding, bush-craft, team challenges, indoor climbing, archery, airguns, axe throwing & high ropes.
