Live Longer Better – Bedford – Physical Activity sessions starting at Bedford International Athletic Stadium

Following on from the successful start of our new activities programme Live Longer Better – Bedford (aimed at people aged 60yrs & over) We are pleased to announce that from 20th October sessions will start at Bedford International Athletic Stadium Barkers Ln, Bedford MK41 9SB. These new sessions will be additional to those taking place at John Bunyan Sports and Fitness, Mile Road, Bedford on a Tuesday morning,
