Beyond Limits

pic1Bedford Borough Sports Development team are excited to introduce Beyond Limits, a dynamic new initiative aimed at boosting physical activity and wellbeing for individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This fantastic project kicks off with two NEW clubs – the Multi-Activity Club and Online Chair Dance – designed to foster active participation and enjoyment in a welcoming, supportive environment.

The team are thrilled to share that the launch of our Multi-Activity Club was a success, with 8 enthusiastic attendees enjoying a variety of activities from archery to badminton, all tailored to cater to each individual need. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with participants praising the fun and inclusive atmosphere. The Online Chair Dance sessions were equally successful, with 9 attendees joining in from the comfort of their homes. This club offers a unique opportunity for gentle, enjoyable movement, with easy-to-follow routines set to music that helped everyone stay active and have fun.

Whether you’re looking for fitness, fun, or a sense of community, Beyond Limits has something for you.
