The Physical Education and Sport Sociology at the University of Bedfordshire are investigating how adults and young people have engaged in physical activity at home during lockdown and social distancing measures. They are particularly interested in how physical activity at home can be a meaningful and sustainable part of a physically active life; whether participants’ feelings about physical activity have changed during the pandemic; and what opportunities and challenges have arisen for them in being physically active.
Take part from home via interview. The published results are anonymised.
Ethical approval has been granted for this research from the Institute of Sport and Physical Activity Research Ethics Committee at the University of Bedfordshire (approval number 2021ISPAR007)
