Dementia Action Week

Dementia Action Week is a national event that sees the public coming together to take action in supporting people that are affected by dementia. This year, we have joined with local organisations to provide free activities for people living with dementia and their carers.
Tibbs Art Activitea at The Higgins
Monday 16 May, 2pm – 3:30pm

Around Bedford Castle
Thursday 19 May, 11am – 12.30pm
Join us for a gentle, sensory walk around the remains of Bedford Castle and learn more about the history of the area. Back at The Higgins, investigate a range of interesting objects with links to the castle and our own history and memories. Refreshments provided. Plant Stall

Help us to raise funds to continue to improve the gardens around The Higgins Bedford by coming along to buy some plants in this stall run by The Higgins Bedford Garden Volunteer Team.
Plant donations received on Friday 27 May or the next day on Saturday morning are also welcome. Unfortunately we cannot accept plant donations ahead of this date.
