The Higgins’ biggest ever exhibition Changing Times: A Century of Modern British Art has now fully re-opened after flooding unfortunately caused a partial closure of the galleries recently.
Almost 100 paintings, sculptures and works on paper from the brilliant Ingram Collection of Modern British and Contemporary Art and the Higgins’ own collection are featured across three galleries.
