Live Longer Better – Bedford is a programme of exercise and physical activity sessions aimed at people aged 60yrs+ at a variety of venues across Bedford.

Please come along and join in any of our sessions, no need to book – just turn up and pay on the day

Just Play football session – John Bunyan Sport and Fitness

A partnership between Beds FA; Meltis FC and Fusion offering a mental health focused football session encouraging adults (16+) to socialize within an enjoyable and safe environment whilst keeping fit

At John Bunyan Sport and Fitness Centre on Tuesdays between 20.30 and 21.30 from Tuesday 13th August. Mixed gender. First session free, then £2 thereafter.

Canoe Trail – Autumn programme at Kempston Outdoor Centre

Canoe Trail are gearing up for the autumn as the nights draw and have on offer a range of outdoor activities throughout the coming months. We have paddling trips on offer from Kempston 7 days a week until the end of October.  Canoe trail’s Bedford base on the  Embankment is open weekends throughout September and October as well.

Then at Kempston there will be open climbing sessions on the indoor climbing wall as well as ‘Intro to climbing sessions’ and paddling sessions, birthday parties and climbing on Wednesdays and Saturdays from November 2022 throughout the winter months.
