Live Longer Better – Bedford

Sessions start week commencing 8 April

Sessions start again next week from Monday 8 April 2024.

Sessions take place :

• Mondays and Wednesdays at the Harpur suite
• Tuesdays at John Bunyan Sports and Fitness
• Wednesdays at Bedford International Athletic Stadium
• Other days/venues see the website

Please come along and join us at any of our sessions, no need to book, just turn up and pay cash on the day.

Mindfulness Sound Bath

Wednesdays 11am to 12 noon, at Bedford Central Library No booking is necessary; just turn up and pay on the day. Sign-in on the landing of the 3rd floor of the library. Maximum class size 25 people (first come, first served basis). Cash only, the price is £xx and change will be available. It is recommended to bring along a warm blanket and/or eye mask to shield from the light.

Player Recruitment – 4 Week Familiarisation

The club have recently implemented a new style introduction period and Celestials F.C. are calling this their familiarisation journey. This allows new players a four-week free of charge period to see if they settle into the community and enjoy the way we they things.
