Works carried out this week:
- Joint holes excavated for streelight connections. The new LV cable installed and jointed by National Grid. Areas backfilled and reinstated
- Continue with footpath construction from Lower Furlough including crossing points and tactile paving
- Excavated for kerb brace to install drain kerbs to S278 redline boundary. Steel road plates installed across vehicular crossings
- Completed digging and profiling works to pond 4 including low flow channel
Planned works this weekend:
- There will be a road closure on Sat 25th
- It will be our intention to continue with footpath construction and install of drain kerbs.
- Additionally lamp heads will be swopped over following joint connection.
- Access to all frontages will be maintained.
Next week:
- Landscaping works to the basins
- Continue 278 works along Mill Road (footpath and kerbs)
