5.1 To authorise the expenditure of £60 to the Royal British Legion for lamp post poppies.
5.2 To receive the schedule of payments and agree monthly payments for November. *

6.1 To consider application 19/02406/OUT – land adjacent to 81 Mill Road –Outline
application with all matters reserved except access for residential development
together with new access and associated landscaping.
6.2 Castle Close
6.3 Amenities Committee.
6.3.1 To consider a quotation from Apex to remove dead and dying elms from along
the front boundary of the allotments.
6.4 Finance and General Purposes Committee.

7. To consider replacing the railings adjacent to 106 High Street with heritage style railings. *

8. To decide on the best course of action regarding the formation of a Speedwatch Group in the village.
9. To discuss the meeting with Tofte Manor regarding their proposals for changing their business model.
10. Update and actions from the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group.

11. To hear an update on the School Approach estate and Balancing Pond.

12. To hear from the representative of the Village Hall

13. To hear from the representative of the SPFA.

14. Crime report.

15. Correspondence received for discussion.

16. To note the contents of the green folder.
