1. To receive apologies for absence
2. To receive any disclosure of Personal and/or Prejudicial Interest from Councillors.
3. To approve the minutes of the meeting on 26th November 2019.
4. Update on the lighting contract.
5. Update on the new bus shelter.
6. Update on Community asset transfer – allotment land
7. To consider work required to repair the aerial runway “mound”.
8. Update on the proposal for remedial works to the table tennis slab.
9. To receive the bench survey and agree future programme of works.
10. To the discuss maintenance of the grave of General Sir Alexander Cobbe. JR to provide photos for the committee.
