Area Co-ordinators and Lead Members are invited to the Bedford & District Neighbourhood Watch Association’s Annual General Meeting on MONDAY 16 SEPTEMBER 2024 at 7.30pm to be held at Woodland Manor Hotel in Clapham, Bedford.
Bedford & District Neighbourhood Watch Association is a charity, first registered as a charity in 1997. It oversees Neighbourhood Watch within the boundaries of Bedford Borough Council.
Whilst everyone is a member of Neighbourhood Watch, the charity’s ‘members’ are the Area Co-ordinators who represent your area. Nationally, Neighbourhood Network sometimes uses the term Lead Member for Area Co-ordinators.
The AGM agenda is:
1. Approval of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
2. Report of the Trustees
3. Report of the Treasurer and approval of accounts
4. Consideration of auditors/examiner
5. Election of Trustees.

* If you are not an Area Co-ordinator or Lead member but would like to be more involved, it’d be great to hear from you.

Note: The AGM of the charity is different to the Quarterly meetings where we have guest speakers and everyone is invited and the date of the next one will be announced shortly.
