Works completed this week;
- The drainage installation has continued within Mill Road, including the redesign of storm network following the earlier clash.
- The ducting for the installation of the new electric and fibre has been completed up to the point of connection.
- Continuation of the kerbs and footpath construction on Mill Road, including the new bus stop.
Planned works this weekend;
- A full road closure will be in place on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Continue with footpath construction and drainage works on Mill Road.
- Earthworks to attenuation basin 5.
Lower Furlong access arrangements;
- Residents exiting Lower Furlong will not be able to turn left onto Mill Road during the road closure.
- Right turn access towards the A6 roundabout will remain open.
Next week;
- Continue construction of the right side of the roundabout.
- Continue with drainage works to Mill Road.
- Installation of the headwalls to the attenuation basin 5.
