Community Consultation Event

We are hoping to hold an event at the Village Hall on Saturday 26th September from 10am-4pm.  This will be your opportunity to listen to some information on the Neighbourhood Plan, and to ask questions.

In order to comply with the new Covid-19 regulations, attendance will be by appointment only, so that the numbers can be regulated. Face masks will be required.

If you would like to attend, please contact the clerk by Friday 25th September on 01234 782827, or email clerk@sharnbrook-pc.gov.uk to book your slot.

Obviously, due to the fast changing nature of the regulations, this event is subject to last minute cancellation – please watch out for posters and on Social Media.

Exhibition of Indicative Site Layouts

St Peter’s Church has kindly agreed to host an exhibition of layouts of all the proposed sites and we would like to thank them for this opportunity.

These are indicative site layouts only, they may vary from what is ultimately proposed, but give you an idea of what was proposed across the parish. There is also a large version in the former “Matthews’” shop window; we are very grateful to the family for lending us this space. SEA and SOA reports will also be displayed for your convenience.

This exhibition is subject to Covid compliance – please wear a mask, use hand sanitiser on arrival, and avoid touching the maps. A one way system will be in place, and please ensure you shut the door once you leave.

The exhibition will continue until the end of the consultation. Opening hours are whenever the church is open, usually between 10am and 4pm but we ask you to be sensitive to any services that may be taking place, and if necessary come back another time. In addition, no more than 4 people should be in St Peter’s Room at any one time. Again, if there is a queue, please come back later.

Zoom Meetings

If unable to attend the Community Consultation Event, or it is cancelled, you can attend a Zoom meeting which will follow a similar format.  Zoom meetings will be held during the stated dates/ and times below, but please register with the Clerk by 6pm on the day before if you wish to attend to avoid us allocating members to answer questions only around for no one to turn up.
